At ToteOut.com, every item is custom-printed just for you! Because we operate on a print-on-demand model, we do not keep inventory. This allows us to reduce waste and stay eco-friendly, but it also means we have specific guidelines regarding returns.
1. Change of Mind
Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for "change of mind." This includes:
Deciding you no longer want the item.
Ordering the wrong size, color, or style.
Providing an incorrect shipping address.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ve got you covered.
